We have a 30-days exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a exchange, you can only make exchanges or store credit.
To be eligible for a exchange or store credit your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a exchange, you can contact us at info@tynacollection.com If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange
No Refund, exchange or store credit only, exchange must be received within 14 days from the day you got your package to receive a store credit to be used on future purchases.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item and let you know if the exchange or store credit was approved or not. If approved, we send you a special code for your exchange or store credit for indefinitely time.
Sale items
All sale items, accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
