When will my order ship?Ground orders typically ship within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 7 business days for your order to ship if we are experiencing high volume. Expedited orders will be shipped the same day if placed before 12PM EST. What is your return policy?
Returns within the U.S. are accepted if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Full-priced items may be returned for exchange or store credit. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. International Orders are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

What if I forget to enter a discount code at checkout?
Due to a systems limitation, we cannot add a discount code after an order is placed. The order will need to be cancelled and then placed again with the discount code applied. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you need assistance with this.

What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?

What does it mean if an item is marked Final Sale?
All items that are marked final sale have been marked down in price and cannot be returned for a store credit or exchanged for a different size, color or style. Additionally, no promotion codes can be applied to items marked Final Sale. We understand purchasing Final Sale items can be difficult, so please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.
What if I receive a damaged item?
We hope this does not happen, and we do apologize if you receive a damaged item. Please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery so we may help resolve this!
